ABOUT THE
Artist
Nasya Pereira is a multidisciplinary artist from Goa, India. She set out on her art career in the music industry in 2018, creating album artwork for various artists, including the likes of
Raja Kumari, Krewella & Nervo for their single ‘Goddess’ and artwork for Shivarasa on her ambient releases. She is also the founder and curator of ‘Vintage Goa Memories’, an archive documenting Goa from the 1900s to the early 2000s.
It was around 2022 that she decided to bring her childhood dream to life – her music, spending the next two years self-learning the basics of music theory, production and everything in between. She released her self-produced multi genre / conceptual EP ‘Sounds Like Goa’ in May, 2025. Inspired by her life and times growing up in Goa and her online archive ‘Vintage Goa Memories’.
In February 2026, on Lunar New Year, Nasya released her multi-genre EP ‘Lunar Nights’, written, composed, produced and performed entirely by her. The project blends English and Korean lyrics with raw vocals and East Asian-influenced soundscapes, shaped by nocturnal atmospheres and self-reflection under the phases of the moon.
Nasya has carefully curated her personal style throughout her career as an artist. Her work transcends genres and timelines of the future and the past. A culmination of her nostalgia
and life story, her music is experimental, imaginative and personal to her artistry and legacy.
